The historic Carew Tower is an adaptive re-use project of a 1930’s historic landmark office tower on Fountain Square. The 522,000 square foot high-rise office/retail complex is being converted into a 385-unit residential property with community-enhancing amenities. Carew Tower has attained State and Federal Historic Tax Credits.

The former Macy's headquarters is an adaptive re-use project, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Downtown Cincinnati. The vacant 346,000 square foot mid-rise office complex is being converted into a 330-unit multifamily property with large outdoor terraces and penthouse amenities.
