Developing a vacant lot in Philadelphia’s University City neighborhood into an eight-story life science building that will include state-of-the-art life science office space, wet/dry lab space, incubation co-working floor, and ground-level retail. The building will be certified LEED Platinum v4, the highest green building certification for sustainability.
